Lillian Rosengarten is a New York activist and poet, who was on the Jewish boat to Gaza that was stopped by the Israeli navy in Jan. 2010. Last week she returned from a successful trip to Gaza.

In a YouTube video posted last Friday, Anonymous threatened to “strike back” at Israel if it continued to block vessels attempting to reach Gaza by sea. The video was released shortly after Israeli naval commandos boarded a Canadian and Irish vessel sailing to Gaza and arrested the passengers and crew.

Of the 27 human rights defenders captured during Israel’s illegal takeover
of the Freedom Waves to Gaza vessels on Friday, 4 November, 20 remain in
Givon prison and the whereabouts of one is unknown.
