Our oh-so-moral international community, always poking its democracy-loving nose into any trouble spot that might threaten western security (whatever that means) and always eager to mobilize its mighty weapons of war, is still reluctant to operate on the cancer it foolishly implanted into the Holy Land 63 years ago and which now menaces the world.

Stuart Littlewood challenges UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon to explain why he is trying to scupper plans for a humanitarian flotilla to the besieged Gaza Strip instead of taking effective action to protect the flotilla and compel Israel to end its illegal blockade of the Strip.

Various Israeli official bodies, including the Ministry for Hasbara [i.e. propaganda] have sent messages to Israeli citizens urging them to take an active part in the “propaganda war”. They are told not to ask questions but rather to spread the official messages in every possible way in the virtual world: talkbacks, forums, Facebook etc..
