The director, Rawan Damen, carries out an investigation with the help of fifty interviewees all of whom are Israeli Palestinians from different cities and villages. Damen has recently been awarded prizes in international film festivals in Qatar and Spain for her 2008 four-hours documentary Al-Nakba, currently available on youtube in 6 different languages:

Her latest accomplishment traverses through time from 1799 till 1948 showing the roots of the Palestinian Nakba, and presenting archive that is shown on TV for the first time.
