Two differences would have been striking; there would not have been the 20mtr wide x 4mtr deep crater which we see in the road where PM Hariri's car was, and the several cars for some 50mtrs distance away which were both battered and charred. It's been claimed that either a car or truck bomb carrying a 1ton bomb driven by a suicide bomber was rammed into the PM's car - thus there should be a ground zero car/truck remnants which unmistakeably show evidence of blast outwards on the metal shards. But there would have been no such evidence for the reason that this was a micro nuke of coffe mug size inserted into the roadway during `roadworks` and sealed with bitumen and screenings awaiting the inevitable passage of the PM's motorcade within the next several days. Who makes micro nukes ? Israel and the United States, for the reason that there is only one terrorist entity in the entire world - the United States of Israel.
