Florida Student Stuns Obama about Israel's Human Rights Violations
Laila Abdelaziz, a University of South Florida student who worked on the Obama campaign, makes the US President grope for words and mumble Bush-style incoherencies, with a simple question: why he keeps speaking for human rights even as his government supports the siege of Gaza by Israel and Egypt. Needless to say, she didn`t get a straight answer.

There are human rights violations that go on every day in the US and nothing is done about it either. The issues also are not addressed, but occasionally get a little lip service. The US has terrible domestic violence and child abuse. Women and children are killed every day. More women die than have been killed in the war, but it barelly addressed as the US wants to give men their proerty rights over women and children. It’s horrible.

Obama would have to fire most of his cabinet and advisors before America could possibly express the right position concerning Israel/Palestine. I think that he has already made his position clear in his silence and complacency.
